I've spent most of my life playing games from the Nintendo Franchise and although now I've strayed away from those games because of the fact I found most of them either too easy, or they were just repetitive. However, over the years I've still stuck around with good old Mario and Pokemon.(I know shun me for being a fan of that game.

) Nintendo recently caught my eye with their latest project, Pokemon Platinum.

According from what I've heard from a couple dozen fansites and forums, the game will be arriving in Japan this Fall and should be coming to America Spring 2009. Details of the new game will be focusing around Giratina and the supposed "
Ruined World".

Also there are some new clothing style for the heroes of the game(you just like in Pokemon Emerald where the Heroes were all given green bandannas and other unnoticeable differences.) and some possible alternative forms for few select Pokemon. Now this being the 4th Generation of Pokemon this means that your original task "To Catch every Last Pokemon in the Game." has at this point become fricken impossible. The only other thing I can say for sure is that in Platinum there will be even more bonus goodies after you beat the easy arch-nemesis, piss-easy gym leaders and Team Galactic and the sort of difficult Elite Four and Poke-Champion chick, Cynthia. I have nothing to say about the graphics of the game because graphic can only get so great on the streno-vision of the Nintendo DS I mean unless Japan comes up with some miracle of 3D cutscenes that just bring back the attention of the old Nintendo audience and Nintendo will rise yetagain as the dominant empire of video games.
In my opinion I still am at a miss with Pokemon because of three things.
1. They should allow you to customize your own hero type character because that would be a kickass

improvement and would give the players some diversity unlike the regular boy or girl option.
2. Remember back in Pokemon Silver, Gold and Crystal how after you were done with the Jhoto Region you got to go to the Kanto Region? Well, I believe it would make the game more interesting if they brought that old concept back because it would make the story longer and every once in a while you'd receive some challenges that were at least decent.
3. I hate that 3rd Person angle they should allow you the option to have either first or third-person angle.(This however would only work on consoles like the PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii because I've already stated how poor detail is on DS when you have to squint your eyes just to see what the hell your looking at.

)
Well this is the data I have on the game at this time that and I need to get back to cutting down a locust in the Gear of Wars 2 Demo, so Righty out.
